Mike Esposito
Nice looking ship. Reminds me of the Orion. Jimmy Doolittle flew one IIRC. Might have to spend more money

It has good coverage of the Delta, including scale drawings. A must have! https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/051756677X The French Air Magazine issue 24 comes with 31 pages covering the Delta, with profiles and scale drawings. Again a good reference if you can read French. http://www.aerostories.org/~aerobiblio/article821.html Carlos

Homebee
-Schemes - ref. 72329 - Northrop Delta 1D/E Source: http://www.specialhobby.net/2017/10/sh7329-delta-1de-172-pripravujeme-na.html Quote One of the Special Hobby releases for November will be the NOrthrop Delta 1D/E. The model is based on older versions of the Delta that we made for Azur/Frrom. However, it has a new fuselage with a cockpit for two pilots. The big parts were made with the short run technology, the smaller parts were designed in 3D and made in metal moulds. The decals include three versions: RAAF and two US versions. V.P. dogsbody
I hope this isn't the only RCAF version they plan to do. I would rather have an earlier, square-tailed Mk.I/II version, as they were more numerous. Chris

dogsbody
Ooh! The floats would be a good option. They were fitted to both versions of the Delta. Chris Edited June 22, 2018 by dogsbody
