Displaying models

Having come back to hobby last year after many years away I have built up a small collection of finished models. This may sound a strange question but how do you all store / display completed projects? Mine currently sit on a small shelf but it will soon be full and there is also the problem of the housework fairy breaking them, I have just been repairing one that was damaged in this way.

IKEA Billy bookshelves, with the wooden shelves replaced by glass ones (IKEA offers them) and the optional glass doors to keep the dust at bay.   One small room is mine and two of the walls are covered by these units, the other having my desk/work area and the third having a door and my paint area (with vent fan to outside).

One more vote for the Billy bookshelves. I'm in the process of filling my first one, and they've got nice dimensions for 1/72 aircraft in particular. I've been thinking about sticking some strips of LEDs in there as well, to show things off a bit better.

Another vote for Billy bookcases with glass shelves (and glass doors), I already have a couple as display cabinets (and will need another soon) just a shame they don't do the 500mm deep ones any more!!
