Dark Sea Grey should be a good start, but it varies depending on how weathered it is.

If it's a radome, then it's probably not metallic and not painted. That's the way it is on the F-16, for example, and one can find huge variations among their nose cones depending, as Bopbski says, on the degree of weathering.
