Bangor Lad
This has been an enthralling topic Mike. Although I'm really looking forward to the finished article it will be a shame to not have the updates! Cheers!
Michael M
Thanks, but why should there be no updates?? It's not finished yet and even when It'll be finished, there will be another one Danton is already raising steam in the boilers No worries gentlemen. Plus I'm going for holidays on Sunday, so this thread won't be closed for at least 3 weeks Edited July 19, 2017 by Michael M
Michael M
Finally put together ( more less ) Missing bits are: rigging, few parts that are connected with rigging, and few parts that are on the PE fret that is in progress of beeing done Maybe before the HOLIDAYS I'll conduct the casting for a crew in my box with nazi b-a-s-t-a-r-d-s Edited July 19, 2017 by Michael M

Michael M
Almost there, only isolators, touch ups and the rigging is done Has anyone have a destroyer sized spare nazi ensign? I mean the one you don't have to make up swastika out of 20 different pieces? Thanks for watching Mick

robgizlu
Super Nice rigging. 1) What do you use to rig with? 2) How did you do the "blocks" and for that matter - do you use CA or PVA glue for the insulators This has taken it to another level again Rob
Michael M
All the short lines/cables are done with 0,06 mm stainless steel wire, the three long ones between masts are Uni Caenis 20 denier thread. Blocks: piece of paper cut with punch made out of injection needle no 7 ( 0,7 mm ) Now the insulators... CA no go, so was PVA this time, could't make them small enough. I've used some old thick white Humbroll paint and 10/0 brush
