Help please! Paint mask

Hi all,

 

Could anybody recommend a paint mask\respirator from Screwfix please? It will be used when using halfords rattle cans including appliance white. I'm totally bamboozled by all the ratings and want to protect against the fumes - the cheapest to give protection is really what im after.
