Mr Miyagi day - mask on, mask off

 

First the masks on ready for the red

Then masked the centres and sprayed the white, and unmasked

Happy with how they turned out, but the 'slogans' didn't cut very well, so hand painted the slogan - it's ok but russian signwriters aren't quaking in fear for their jobs

Oil washes - Mig Dark Dirt on the Upper surfaces

Wiped back, and matted down

Then unmasked - earlier than normal, but the sliding section was falling apart again, so wanted to get it glued in place for safety

All of these are Mr Color laquer paints, and I love em - spray beautifully thin and build up in layers with great control yet have good coverage.

Out of interest, which Mr. Color shades are you using? Totally agree, love the Mr. Color paints. Really like the way you've brought this together, nice work!
