Builder
Hi All, This is the final reveal for my Tamiya 1/72 AH-1W Super Cobra, which I built this for the Bell Huey STGB. This is my first build on Britmodeller. One great small kit from Tamiya. I had loads of fun building it. I used Tamiya Spray paints as my airbrush nozzle has broken down. I used pencil to highlight the raised panel line detail. As my arirbush was broken, I didnt have the spray paints to do up a camo scheme and went for a simpler single colour grey scheme as I had the colour to do it. Kit Details (from scalemates.com) Brand: Tamiya Title: Bell AH-1W Super Cobra Number: 60708 Scale: 1:72 Type: Full kit Released: 1993 | Rebox (Changed box only) Kit History: The kit is a rebox of Italeri kit no: 160 released in 1987 Scalemates link: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/134515-tamiya-60708-bell-ah-1w-super-cobra Build Thread Here are the final pictures I hope you all like the completed Helicopter. Air Hockey Propellers
Great one. Nice alternative on the paint job. Hi, I built that very one and had this issue with the wings. They're supposed to be horizontal.
IGKent
Good model! But this kit (repack Italeri) have many mistakes. I done it some years ago.
