TonyTiger66
Absolutely stunning. It really does look like the real thing. The camo is a real joy to behold and the subtle touches in the weathering are just the icing, on a very nicely made cake 🎂! Best regards TonyT

Buzby061
Amazing. Had to double check when I saw it's 1/72. That camo scheme would be hard enough in 1/32! Pete
kapam
Fabulous! The look of this plane has always appealed to me, but I doubt I could pull off a build as good as yours. Well done! 😛
ArmouredSprue
Bloody awesome! How is the overall fit for this kit? I have one in stock and planning to build it soon!

I have one in stock and planning to build it soon! The fit is bloody awful! I have this kit partially completed and I keep picking the box to do some work on it. Then, when I open the box I remember why I stopped. The finished model in the OP is all the more impressive considering the mediocrity of the base kit. If you really want an He 219 in your collection, get the Tamiya 1/48 kit. At least until someone else tools up a new one in 1/72.
jea-baptiste
A little putty, the only real worry comes from the wings that were twisted on my kit, otherwise it comes up!
Meatbox8
A stunning piece of work with exceptionally fine paintwork. This is the sort of standard that I aspire to but fall well short!
