PaulR
Hall, I was wondering if any one can clarify which type of nose the RF-4C 'Starize' of the 10th TRW at Alconbury would have had? I have the Fujimi RF-4C which as both the early(angular) and late (rounded) under nose fairing, and the ancient Xtradecal sheet which has this aircraft on it. Not being 'up' on Phantoms, and not being able to find a clear photo online of that specific airframe, could any one advise which I should use? Many thanks in advance, Paul. Hook
Actually, there were two RF-4C's named "Starize"- 68-0567 and 68-0583. Both had the angular nose. HTH, Andre
Richard E
Paul Something else to take into account if you are using the Xtradecal sheet: the "Europe One" camouflage scheme worn by the F-4 used FS34079 (Forest Green) instead of FS34092 (Dark Green) which is shown on the sheet's instructions.
