Paul J
Very nice pics. News to me that Cathay are back at Gatwick! And bigger news that theyare using the A350!! West Jet started late May this year with 3 or 4 daily flights. The 737 form St.Johns and the 767s from Edmonton, Toronto and Calgary. Air Canada Rouge also started around the same time with one flight a day. Air Transat have been using Gatwick for a long time now. I made my flights to and from Canada recently with Air Transat A-330. They also use an A310 for their Montreal service. i notice some special markings on one or two! Thanks for the lovely photos! upnorth
Lovely shots. Westjet have certianly come a long way. I remember when they set up as a regional short haul carrier when I still lived in Canada, I never imagined them going to transatlantic service one day. It's also good to know that one of those Westjet flights out of Gatwick goes to my hometown airport in Edmonton. Something to keep in mind next time I go back.
