The overall theme is a familiar one reflecting spending cuts resulting in lack of maintenance and an unwillingness of some unit commanders to raise the issue for fear of jeopardising their careers. https://www.bloomberg.com/features/2016-military-helicopters/ I thought it was an interesting read and worth posting.
