dwh
Has anyone any comments or experiences with this make of kit in relation to the UH-1., is the kit accurate etc, or what would be the best kit to get.
Birchy1964
Hi , I am pretty sure the Huey from this manufacturer came in 1/35 scale, the only 1/48 Hueys I recall were from Esci and Italeri , Google is your best bet to make sure , hope this helps , Birchy Uk
tempestfan
IIRC their 1/35 UH-1 was one of (or even the) first Heli kit deliberately made to the armour scale and not the aircraft standard. I don't think they followed it up with more than one or perhaps two other kits, and the moulds may have been taken over by Academy as they seem to have continued the Huey theme. I don't recall a smaller sister 1/48 kit, but as this must have been some 20 years ago, it may have escaped my radar.
Winnie
The seminar UH-1 is in no way shape or form the same as the Academy machines. The seminar will build into a half-decent UH-1B but it does not really fit the bill as a C. Cheers H.
dwh
Purchased it today, definately 1/48th scale, fairly basic but looks accurate.
