The weathering looks fantastic Beema, I love the last shot of the cowling.

Cheers Cookie, I quite like that one myself.  I think I need a heavier wash in the coolers in the leading edge though...

It's back, the Sea Gladiator has kept off the naughty step and surrender itself to the bench.  An hour on Sunday and half an hour this evening and progress made.  Upper mainplane successfully attached and rigging all joined up but still to be trimmed..

I wish I got this level of inspiration on a regular basis....

Thank God I'm nearly done with this bar steward of a kit.  My mojo faded with the cockpit, it crashed whilst trying to assemble the upper main plane and its a struggle just to get it finished.  Hopefully I'll get it done this weekend.  Just a few things to do now...

Rigging is completed (I know I missed the bit around the Cabane struts but if you don't tell nor will I (just our secret).  Wing guns on but not painted yet.  Exhaust on but not painted, roundels to be added, propellor to be painted and added, undercarriage to be finished...

Anyway here's what it looks like at the moment...

Once done, a few pics and into the cabinet, never to be touched again....

Glory be a veritable FAA feast.  What a cracking collection you have there, I love them all but I am particularly taken with your weathering on the Corsair, what a great job.  Keep going on the sea gladiator it is coming on a treat .

Keep up the good work

All the best
Chris
