rockpopandchips
So this being a third-party kit and bit different from the normal gundam kit i thought i would do a mini review of this before the building starts. First impression then. Box art and manual are very nice, with nice clear instructions. Overall this looks great on the runners, details look sharp and clean, no flashing that i have seen yet but there are one or stress marks on some pieces. Water decals look good and it comes with all the leds etc needed. Unfortunately you have to solder and work out were the wires go your self. I orded this one from Gundamcentral and it arrived within 2 weeks from China to the UK. Great service from them. - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - Edited August 8, 2016 by rockpopandchips

S5 modeller
That's an impressive amount of plastic in that kit, nice quality too. Are those individual track links I spy? Looking forward to your build. Matt

rockpopandchips
So i have made a start on this by putting the zaku gun together and I'm very happy with how it looks, lots of details. I did put a few track parts together and they look great also. The plastic is soft and has the odd smell when sanding it and the pegs and holes aren't a perfect fit, they are not that bad but a little sanding or trimming is needed and if you have ever built any 3rd party kits you will know what im meen. This is no were nere as bad as a TT goa goa kit more like a DM kit. - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - - - - Updated - - - Also found a small error in the instructions, only a small but its there. Parts C8 and J8 don't go there, they go were the red arrow is.

rockpopandchips
Got 4 of these things coming in a taobao order, looks promising. Got any particular paint scheme planned? Im thinking of going with the Mr Hobby olive green paint set, it looks like a nice set of colours and i will be adding some weathering and may be a nit of rust. Im on with putting the tracks together at te moment, 98 parts to cut trim and sand.
