A Pretty Oxbox and a Celestial Body

Hi Guys,

After a smack on the pee pee for being naughty, I thought I might post some taster images of a couple of aircraft I photographed recently; a freshly restored Oxford and a shiny looking Latin American Shooting Star.

The Airspeed Oxford was formerly Consul G-AIKR and has been restored to wartime condition as Oxford PK286 at the Air Force Museum of New Zealand:

Next, the Shooting Star at the excellent Museo Aeronautico in Montevideo, Uruguay:

The right hand ammunition access door is open, revealing a bit of detail, but there's a mannequin in the way:
