Stathis
I wanted to build a Hurricane MkIIb, but I didn't have the Hasegawa one. So I took the Hobbycraft MkIIc out of the shelf, removed the bulges from the upper side of the wings, rescribed new panel lines and I made a MkIIb. The kit depicts an aeroplane of the Royal Hellenic Air Force in Egypt in 1942.

tonyot
Looks great,.....nice conversion and I love the scheme. I did the same aircraft in 172nd scale using the rather poor Airfix kit; http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234988972-172nd-airfix-greek-hurricane-mkiib-western-desert/?hl=%2Bgreek+%2Bhurricane Cheers Tony

I have a book which shows a b/w photo of that plane and it is clear enough that he roundel is blue.

I think that we are both right and that it wore the RAF roundels which were later converted to Greek roundels! Cheers Tony
