BritJet
Aircraft In Miniature (Transport Wings) did the Trident 3 as a vacform with white metal and injection/resin details. Steve
Tripod
A Transport Wings Trident 3 sold on eBay yesterday. Not cheap though!
aukebruins
Some time ago I read something about a resin Trident from S & M. Any progression ?
Hamster Volant
When you say "Trident", do you refer to the airliner or the French prototype from the 50s? In the first case, I don't know. In the second, there's a Mach2 kit... with all that this implies!
71chally
S& M have one listed in their Rumourmonger page (http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234976245-s-and-m-models-new-kit-list/page-3), tried getting an update as I'm very keen to build one but no answer
bentwaters81tfw
Mel continually assesses his market. He has to make a living after all. I know the Trident and VC 10 are kits he wants to produce. They may be 2 years off. I'll ask him at Brampton.
71chally
Thanks Bentwaters, hopefully it will be a money earner as the type is sorely missing as a decent kit.
AMB
Can't understand why AIM and F-RSIN models made a Trident THREE? You could only finish it in BEA Speedjack, British Airways and CAAC schemes. If anyone produces a 1/72 Trident, it really should be a '1C/E' variant for far more schemes - BEA red square, BEA speedjack, British Airways, BKS/Northeast Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Pakistan International, Air Ceylon and CAAC could all be done on that variant! Trenton guy
What about the Airfix Skyking of so long ago? Re-released many times, and still available.
