azureglo Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 Sorry to disagree, but yours must be the 2nd best as this is best: Mr Color flat pre-diluted 50/50 with Mr Levelling thinner. Can you spray, dry with another pass and get a dried dead flat coat without frosting, runs or spider webs, in 60 secs with your Aqua gloss/Tamiya mixture? Plus pre-thinned and with some lava beads on the jar, its ready to use in 30 secs or less. I did this in about 15 minutes and it was dry enough to handle immediately. (You'd think I'd finish it though?) and this a few months back. And cue next respondent with an even better flat coat... A Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
fewr9fkr9595 Posted July 22, 2016 Author Share Posted July 22, 2016 Fair enough each to his own, thought it may start a war I have used mr color laquer flat (as above) before and had surprisingly mixed results, but also thats not technically a proper water based coat like aquagloss and that thinner stinks everywhere out.
