Fuad
May i ask you what color did you use for the "white" overall scheme ? The color used from the scheme of manufacturer. It's spray can paint Tamiya Gray Green AS-29 for overall surfaces. The paint was decanted from the container and dissolved in a littlebit of solvent. And for special marks I used "Italian Red" from Mr.Color.
Fuad
Very nice Fuad. But in one WE (15/20 h of work), I dont think so. Why not? I started at evening of Friday. Nobody touched me in next two days and voila))). And this despite the fact that I still had time to keep track of these terrible events in the world. IanC
Outstanding! It would take me a whole weekend just to do that cockpit! I'm trying to decide whether to do my zero in that scheme or the 'distressed and chipped camo green' look.

After all, you work for pleasure and not on someone's order.

Roman Schilhart
So you built that on one weekend you say? To achieve the same results I'd need a very long weekend (maybe from Tuesday to Sunday?)... maybe not even then ... Great paintjob, looks the part. Amazing attention to detail.

AS-29 = XF-76 it should work, no too white, not too gray...looks great (well the artist is the main thing...) have to give it a try.
