Paul Bradley Posted July 13, 2016 Share Posted July 13, 2016 Not a great shot, but here's an interesting firefighting Chinook I got a glimpse of on Sunday: Not a great shot, but I had to be quick with the camera - caught sight of it just to the south of the house, towards the airport in Flagstaff - Chi Aviation's uniquely painted CH-47D Chinook N947CH. According to their website, it is used for "medical evacuation, disaster relief, search and rescue, aircraft recovery, fire fighting, parachute drops, heavy construction and civil development."
