Perfect plastic putty

I'm casting my mind back a couple of months now but I think I saw this on the stall at the car show in may. Can't find it in any of the 'usual' places and assuming you did stock it back then I can't see it on the site now. Is it a case of sold out/not looking properly/was never there in the first place. I realise 2 of the 3 involve my ineptness....

Looks as though it is 'water clean up' therefore, soluble in water. Possibly not ideal for those of us who like to rub down wet and polish up with Micromesh (again wet). I had similar issues with Vallejo putty. Lovely stuff to work with but dissolved when I got it anywhere near water.
