AirfixAndy Posted July 7, 2016 Share Posted July 7, 2016 Heads up if anyone is passing by RAF Leeming Next week NOTES: Exercise "Jaded Thunder" with flying due to take place 13-15th & 18-20th July between 1000-1600 over Spadeadam, Otterburn and Catterick ranges, a deployment of 8x A10C from 442FW at Whiteman AFB are due into Leeming to take part. C17's will be bringing support equipment and staff & poss helicopters, we will try and update info as and when we can. Other aircraft taking part are AC130 Hercules op from Mildenhall, possible US Army helicopters, AAC AH64D, RAF Chinook, USAF JSTARS, F15E. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mr T Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 Went up on Monday afternoon, saw 4 A10's, a Chinook (RAF), what looked like a couple of OH6s and a couple of Ospreys, one of which took of and headed north.
