Not that is a truly dirty spitfire.... It's beautiful!! Reference pics of this bird show she got a lot of use and the one has her out in a field in need of a clean.

thanks everybody !!!!

Yesterday evening a friend my pointed out after a week of holidays has Malta, where the sand is very clear almost white having seen photos I slightly modified the weathering with the more clear sand pigment For more reality

thank you all !

for the underneath AK interactive product ,I use them with a fine brush, and the longest I pull them with toothpicks, Then I cross a light veil of smoke tamiya, and well not varnish in matt this part of the plane.

(sorry for my english)

Beautiful Spitfire! Usually, I'm a bit skeptical to heavy weathering, but you have managed to make it look quite realistic and compelling.

One classic gripe: the Mk V didn't have any radio aerial from the antenna mast to the rudder, so it should be removed. As early as the autumn of 1940, front line Spits got VHF radiosets and their aerials were completely internal, in the antenna mast:
