I thought they set the trend for post-war British warship design, viz elegant yachts unsullied by anything as vulgar as armament. You must admit it's a lot of ship for precious little weaponry. XL929 Posted June 13, 2016 Share Posted June 13, 2016 Agreed, although I believe the whole ship was designed around Seaslug, the magazine/assembly/prep area extended a considerble length of the vessel internally hence the design.
