I hope to build this kit fast and than compare it with new Destroyer by Bandai, when I'll get it.... Of course my model will be lit by LEDs. Painted insides in chrome and placed optic fibre for the engine lights: I have to say, that the kit is not so good. MetroRacing Posted May 24, 2016 Share Posted May 24, 2016 That's OK. I found a website that still had them in stock with 25% off retail as opposed to the hugely inflated prices on Amazon and Ebay. So cost me the same as a Bandai one. I bought it as, like you I wanted to compare it to the Bandai. I also want to test some washes on it as it's pre painted. The Bandai's are tests for paint techniques. So which ever I find the best once completed I'll just give away the rest to friends lol. So, if you want a Star Destroyer you need to buy Bandai kits.
