Hi Guies,

another Seaplane, this time a german Transport. This build is a few years old, but i am quite satisfied with. Oob, paint (Humbrol enamel) by brush.

Hope you like her.

Best regards

Stefan

Like your pre-war PBY, another model you don't see done very often. Lovely Tante Ju (an oxymoron?)!

Great looking model, but "See" is the German word for lake, whereas the word for sea is "Meer"

Thanks for teaching a natrual speaking german his language. Seeing only the words you are right but the totaly correct Name is Ju 52/3mg6e (See) See means in german also Sea. For example: "Seetransportstaffel" ( Units who uses this Ju 52) These Units do not operate only about lakes.

Very nice work but some exploitation dirt and weathering will be apprecieted perhaps :)

Hi JWM,

this is a general decison. I think there is not good looking option to do weathering and exauststreams with brush. And thats why, i finish my models without.

Best regards

But Greame is right, because you wrote Seeplane, that is definitly wrong, a seaplane is correct.

The sea = das Meer

The sea= die See

The lake= der See

But nevertheless : a top model and very nice brush paint.

Hi Andy,

thanks for pointing this out. I thought he was talking about the See behind the Slash:

Ju 52-3m/See

Best regards
