vindicareassassin
My rendition of Cuckoo is done...... For those not familiar with Cuckoo, it was a captured Panther Ausf G used by the Coldstream Guards from late '44 until Jan/Feb '45 when it was abandoned due to lack of spares. Base model is an 1/72 scale Armourfast Panther G with scratch made detailing and zimmeritVerticalstripebinonCuckoo[/url] cuckoo___british_panther_by_wolfenkrieger-d4mg7tn pg1945tilburgCUCKOO_zps9cc4fb8a german_panther_tank Cuckoo2 ATBSean Edited April 15, 2016 by vindicareassassin
Dave Fleming
NIce, I always fancied doing that one, but the zimmerit put me off.

PlaStix
That is really superb Sean. You've really captured the feel of it and that's especially impressive in 1/72. Well done.

alxzinbox
Nice work- especially on the Zimmerit. The juxtaposition of historical and model photos is a creative touch too
Firefly
The problem with a forum is that a 1/72 tank has the same size image as a 1/16. So it's easy to unestimate the unbelievable detail some 1/72 models have. Even if I had the skill to finish a model like this, I certainly don't have the eyesight. So not only do you (and all1/72 modellers) have my admiration but also my respect.
