Colin, the K-7 is available in resin from Anigrand, although unfortunately in 144 - I've just finished building it and it comes with a K-12 as one of 3 additional experimental Russian aircraft of the same period - the 30's.

Mind you, even in 144, the wingspan of the K-7 is 380mm, so in 1/72……well, do the sums ! By comparison, the K-12 in 144 has a wingspan of just 150mm

Good to see the K-12 in 1/72……..click !!……..buy !!……...

Cheers,

Rog

Just a matter of time I suppose.

Thanks for the information gents !  I will wait for the plastic version, in all my years of aircraft modelling the one thing I can never master is building resin aircraft kits for some reason.

The Kalinin K-7 in plastic will look awesome on my modelling shelf.

Regards Colin.

You may well need a bigger shelf for it...

Is the K-12 likely to be available for Telford?

No problems there, I am fortunate in my hobby room I have a 5 x shelf x 4 bay job from IKEA just hoping it's big enough depth wise for the K-7...

Yes, definitely, but I do not know who will bring them. British consuls
the second consecutive year suspect
that I have a desire to remain illegal in the kingdom.:swear:
Therefore, I again stay at home.
