Widow 65
Thats a great Chally 2 mate, love the weathering. PS. MET sensor would be stowed, unless of course they were a lazy crew!!!! Nick (ex CR2 commander)

Cheezburger
Like it a lot, great work. Can you tell me which colour combination you did the tracks with? I find them especially convincing.

I find them especially convincing.Cheers cheezy ☺If I remember right, 1 sprayed with black Mr surfacer primer 2 sprayed with AK extreme metal steel 3 rubber blocks hand painted with tamiya rubber black This all gives just a basic steel track and rubber block look. Then... 4 then it was various applications of AK light dust and AK brown earth washes and mig European earth pigment.the blocks were rubbed with a paper towel to remove the wash from the tracks where they would touch the road. 5 The edges etc were finally dry brushed with Mr metal stainless steel and dark iron. The aim was for a dusty tank ready for transport so there is no real mud on it. If you want to see some really muddy tracks have a look at the Valentine I did. Hope that helps

Hi, You will have to snip the Met sensor off completely as it folds away under an access panel. The convoy light or Orange Beacon is ok as it is, however if on exercise the Orange light would be removed unless crossing a public road where it is fitted again.
