chrisov Posted February 8, 2016 Share Posted February 8, 2016 A couple of weeks ago I ordered one of the new TanModel RF-84F's direct from UMP which was duly dispatched unfortunately this never arrived. More PM's with Lee and another was sent by Royal Mail. This arrived safely last Saturday. Through out the whole process I found that Lee/UMP responded to all my PM's and dealt with all the issues quickly and fairly. All in all excellent customer service and highly recommended. Thanks Lee.
