Patrik
My daughter found a few old Letectvi+kosmonautika issues when cleaning the attic in her boyfriend's house. To my delight one of them - 19/1971 - contains a monograph on Bristol Bulldog including quite nicely done scale drawings. To my surprise they do not resemble any other drawings from the other Bulldog references in my possession. Could they be genuine? I mean really drawn by Stanislav Smekal as indicated in the title? Any idea? Edited January 30, 2016 by Patrik
John Aero
There's a lot about them that suggest to me they are copies of the Aeromodeller (George Cox) drawings as many of these early L& K ones were taken straight off western material during the Cold war. I'll have to dig out the AM ones. The artist has just reversed certain views and embellished some areas. I probably have it and I'll stick it on the light board to - go compare.. John Edit. Yes it has just been traced and embellished. The Cox drawings were good so these will have the outline and general accuracy of the originals.
