gunpowder17
It sounds really nice. Sounds a bit like the Wildcat.
Mike
Can't say I blame them I'd like to see one flying myself, but a trip to Japan ain't gonna happen soon!

Antoine
Fantastic!!! Well, let's see if they did use the good Aotake. And for your eyes only, the one from yasukuni:
bentwaters81tfw
Not an original engine. the exhausts are wrong, they should be multiple pipes around the cowl flaps, not 2 pointing straight down. The cowl is also bulged, it should be parallel. There is a chap in Japan with an original. He can't fly it as he needs two cylinder heads, and there aren't any. Navy Bird
How many originals now with original engine is it 2? The flying A6M5 from the Planes of Fame collection has its original engine. Cheers, Bill
stevehnz
Looks nice, but is it 'sposed to be an A6M2. M3 or M5 or something else? Steve.
JeffreyK
It's Model 22, or A6M3. The exhaust configuration is correct for that type, but it has a Pratt engine. The only airworthy Zero with original Sakae engine is the Planes of Fame's A6M5 mentioned above. J
