Amo Aero
For those of you who may have been waiting breathlessly for Copper State to release their 1/48 scale injection molded Armstrong-Whitworth FK.8 kit, be prepared to wait longer. They have announced over on FaceBook that the kit is delayed due to "problems with the plastic". They are now saying it will be released sometime after the release of an all new tool 1/48 injected Sopwith Dolphin.
RayB24
I have the original Dolphin so would have preferred the big ack. Ray
Amo Aero
I agree with you Ray. I am quite disappointed with the delay, especially after seeing the pictures of the beautiful FK.8 test build that appeared at Telford. As welcome as a new 1/48 Dolphin will be, it has been done twice (Blue Max & Copper State). OTOH, I don't believe there has ever been a 1/48 Big Ack. Edgar.L
F.K.8 should be out like in 3 months, plus it will be improved to what you might seen on the test assembly pictures. So it`s worth it) Edited January 20, 2016 by Edgar.L
