RTV 25 cure time and paint on ability

Hi,

Looking to try RTV25 and I see its a 100:5 large tub to catalyst ratio.

Wish to paint it on thin to start with then build up layers fast.

Very little about it on internet, imagine it takes a day to set before resin can be poured in. saw somewhere 7 days, surely not ?

I cant find a product sheet on its use etc anywhere.

How long between coats should it take or should I allow ?

Does it have to cure between coats, or be sticky or what ?

What can I clean brush out with between coats ?

My idea is to give reform shape ability by adding in some form of web or buttress around the object, or maybe paint it out as thick sheet then cut it into these webs and offer up to shape. Gluidn it onto the developing mould with more mould mix. Will that bond with itself in liquid form ?

The item being cast cannot be laid in a box etc, the mould must be painted on.
