Andy Moore
T-70 X-Wing Fighter Ralph McQuarrie Concept Bandai 1/72 The T-70's done. A quick(ish) build painted in the colours from Ralph McQuarrie's concept artwork. Surprisingly, I didn't think it was quite up to the standards of Bandai's previous releases. Not a bad kit at all, just not quite as good as the others. Despite that, I'm sure I'll get another one to do in the movie scheme. The wip can be found here Thanks for looking Andy
Madhatter
Beautiful, crisp work as always Andy. I really like that scheme - it lends itself perfectly to the overall design. All you need is lights in the engines I'm eyeing up this kit myself. So, is a Falcon on the build list at all?
Andy Moore
So, is a Falcon on the build list at all? Thanks MH I'm sure there'll be one eventually. I'd prefer one in 1/72, but I'm not going to stretch to the Revell re-pop (especially if I've got a certain AT-AT to save up for). I'll wait to see what Dragon's 1/144 one is like, and also whether Bandai release their's in an original trilogy version Andy
The Sheene Machine
Love it....base is a nice touch. I wonder if this kit was rushed for release to coincide with the movie.....some short cuts perhaps??
