Parabat
Holy moly that's good! Saw a real Wessex at Duxford not long ago and this has all the right 'look' to be realistic and believable. Exceptional modelling, well done.
Spitfire31
A busy looking workhorse – great modelling getting it so realistic! Also, the first picture is a stunner. Goes to show how important it is to capture interest with the opening photo and then use different angles, alternating between close-ups and wider images. Excellent work! Martian
Nice effort! You have made a particularly good job of the awkward grille over the engine intake. Martin

Bigdave22014
Always liked the Wessex (I have a SAR version on my shelf which I built a while ago - not as well as this one though...) Is there a reason for the "STEP" warning being upside down in picture four?
Darby
Always good seeing a Wezzie. First angry palm tree I ever flew in.

Stosh65
That is a stunning build of what, for reasons even I'm not sure of, has always been my favourite chopper. Nice work. Edited December 21, 2015 by Stosh65

Devcon 1
Hi all Thanks for all your feedback, much appreciated. I can only imagine I either had my stupid hat on or the model was upside down when I did that decal, well spotted... As an aside I understand all the original Meccano sets had a designed in error in the instructions to engender a problem solving ethos in children at the time. Kind Regards John (not sure why everything is underlined)
