The wooksta V2.0
Back from SMW2015, where I picked up three of the Kellogs kit of this type. Very nice it is too, barring the odd framed wicker canopy! Who actually tooled it? It looks partly like the Airfix kit but far more refined and better than the Frog one too (nabbed a Novo one plus figures!). I paid a fiver for two and £3 for the third. Wouldn't mind one or two more.
matti64
I believe the tooling was by Merit.

Admiral Puff
They came with Kellogs' breakfast cereals, and were usually the most nutritious part of the contents.

The wooksta V2.0
I've ideas for several what if ones. It looks to be the nicest of the three injection kits, apart from the canopy.
Steve Coombs
Gawd, I had one of those back in the previous millennium, and it looked superior to the Airfix one (which was the first kit I ever built without any assistance from Dad, fact fans). Both long gone now. The SBS Model Comet Racers look really tasty, but I would have to get some more experience with resin kits in first to do any of them justice. justplanecrazy
There is always the middle ground. We do most of the DH.88 schemes, with an Airfix kit, resin & etch cockpit, replacement resin engine covers, replacement vac-formed canopy (x2) and decals. We also do the cockpit set and canopy as separate items. The canopy might work for the Kelloggs kit, but I'm not sure.
