Fishbed
This was built from the Eduard weekend L-39 kit. I was going to use the kit decals, but could not find a match for the colours for the versions in the kit in my collection of tins. Sitting looking at the kit resplendent in its primer, I came to the conclusion it would look good in a wrap-around camo. One old set of Airfix Hawk decals later and here we have an alternative to the old Hawk. Not the best of photos as I had to use the camera flash due to the cr*p weather at the moment Tim

LazyJPlanes
Wow that does look really fetching! Suits the aircraft well and you've done a very good job with the placement of the roundels. Great whif

Spitfire31
To make it even heresier (!), I wonder how she would look in Red Arrows livery, perish the thought. Slick modelling! Kind regards, Joachim

Yeh, that thought had crossed my mind too. Hummm.............. might just have to do that next time I want a build that I don't have to worry about the exact shade of aubergine the wheel wells are, or is there a rivet missing from the overlocker.....
