Radpoe Spitfire
I've seen the 109 in many guises, but this is a first and I like it. It's never easy achieving a realistic natural metal finish, but to compliment one with the fabric primer- you've cracked it. Thank you for sharing. WildeSau75
Looks just great - and convincing! Would have been cool to see Emils in this paint scheme over the skies of Europe/Russia/Africa. Cheers, Michael
Radpoe Spitfire
Thanks everyone - I'm glad you like it! Have a great day. Spence I'm pleased you built it.The Me 109 was one of the first aircraft my Dad introduced me to, way back in the day. He had a paperback book by Martin Cadin(?) all about the 109 - the Augsburg Eagle was his favourite aircraft. One of these days I will get around to building one as a reminder of his inspiration which gave me my interest in WW2 and it's aircraft. Duncan B
Very nicely done, it looks like it should be rolling down the Messerschmitt production line. A great way to showcase the kit and your modelling skills. Duncan B
