Redboost
Thanks again for comments gents! Martin: I used combination of etched lamp holders produced by Marabu Design and clear tape. I think you can do the same even on finished kit as I do it this way on my kits too. Just need to carefully trim the tape with fresh scalpel blade around the aperture. Regarding the rivets, I do them to the primer (Mr.Surfacer) with Rosie the Riveter tool and they do not need to be deepen. The wash I mix from Abteilung oil paints or I use Mig washes directly of the bottle and it stay in the hole, although I always try to keep this effect a bit restrained. Hope it is not an issue if I would refer to my book of modelling techniques that includes a chapter on making both raised and negative rivets: http://www.valiant-wings.co.uk/airframe-workbench-guide-no1-550-p.asp Cheers Libor

Redboost
in this particular case (but it frequently repeats): extremely thick trailing edge, missing panel lines, cowling fasteners looking like grenade holes, thick and distorted clear parts, odd design omissions (main wheels here) to name few. Vulcanicity
Well, I've got all those aftermarket bits for mine when I start it, but I'll be very happy indeed if I get such a result! Beautiful as ever Libor

le wombat agile
Very nice Libor, it doesn't seem an Airfix 1/72 one even if I consider it a good kit. I was just going to post a question about the undercarriage housinh colours and the Boulton Paul turret interiors when I found this "pearl" and you solved my doubts.
