I'm only doing bits of the background as I'm feeling quite drained from the intense build of the Citroen, so need a bit of a break from it. How about being brave - move the car out of the way and give all the backdrop a mist of matt black and earth brown, or dark grey just tone it all down. Make it look REALLY 'war-torn'. A few screwed up bits of paper, some scraps of wood or brick. A scruffy old poster on the wall. You have the makings of an ACE diorama. NONE of what I'm saying is meant negatively. I'm just thinking how far you could take this to make it a show-stopper. Have a peep in the 'Armoury' section at the tank and war dioramas. You could give them all a run for their money! The only thing against it as far as I'm concerned is that I'm now even more scared about starting mine. In comparison, mine is likely to turn out as a monochrome glue bomb...
