Jfinlay Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 Hi all, so this is my rendition of the 24th scale Tamiya Kit. Quite a nice kit to build, any problems were largely of my own making. The Blue is Subaru WR blue, others are vallejo and tamiya. Belts are 3D printed section formed to fit with kit decals on top and the aerials are 3D printer filament straight out of the nozzle cut to fit. Light pod is still to finish but i figured i'd post some pics up as its taken me long enough to get to this point! I'm thinking of making the spotlights removable for my WRC99 version, seeing as the main pod has decals for it as opposed to the boring '98 version lol. And i agree i think its visually one of the best shapes there has been. Think the 98 car was pretty potent too just let down by a series of engine problems through the season.
