Difference is in center engine exhaust, without thrust reverse ( early) and with trust reverse (late). Also, engine nacelles are different, as well, some series have T-tail cone , some not. There are also some minor details, like antennas and hatches , differ from series to series, but not depicted in kit parts layout.
