I don't know if we need more Spits (there seems to be a good selection around) but this one is a cracker, really good job.

I must admit to being a sucker for the tropical camo colours they always seem a really good alternative to grey & green and show off skilful weathering well.

and to be more specific. Yes, we need a lot more. If you compare the situation wwith quartersclae Zeros you will understand. My son a a huge pile of Zeros, all in splendid oresentations and top-modern kits. When it comes to Spitfires, we have very few first-class kits, some from Eduard, and the two new ones from Airfix, i.e., Mk.I, Vb, VIII, IXc + e, and Mk.XVI, high and low. That's all, if you ask for top-modern kits.

And a number of important marks are still missing, most notably the XIV and XVIII, and then of course the PR Mk.XI.

Okay due to increasing pressure on my neck :frantic: let me clarify.

I love a Spit, every MK and wing orientation, but I think there are many other subjects which deserve a new kit (myself I would like a new Lysander and that,s the one I fancy at the moment) do you really want these pages to be nothing but Spitfires, 109s, Tigers or Shermans?
