Microsoft OneNote: useful for handling electronic mag clippings?

Does anyone use this program for storing and editing their data? It would seem to be well suited for taking clippings from electronic magazines, websites, scans etc. in order to build up records which can then be edited and added to.

Graham, I use this at work, it's a very versatile program, can be used in all sorts of contexts including what you mentioned. I use it to keep my notes from the breadth of activities that I'm working on so I know where I'm up to.

Cheers

Yes, the live tutorials I've found stress its value for work but less so for archiving/reference, though the search engine seems powerful. I've tried it but ran into a couple of problems so have sent off for the Dummies guide to see where I'm going askew.

I do wonder how it will be superior to just stuffing things into Word. It may be a matter of handling clippings from on-line magazines, but I've postponed that until pocketmags bring out their new reader.
