longshanks
Well I'm waiting for the AK washes to flash off before applying matt varnishing and then final pictures of the Vosper. Decided to have a holiday .............. Tamiya - Modern kit (well 1991) on the whole well detailed parts and no flash! 1/35 - humongus pieces to work on! Very little scratch building! So here we go With Eduard etch RB .50 cal barrels on order Decided against the usual action diorama, more the morning after.......... This pic will give you the idea With this in mind I've got the following figures from Bravo 6 I've yet to decide on the fourth figure (Cox'n) Hope you enjoy the cruise Kev

Gimme Shelter
I hear it on their radio ..... "Its the Rolling Stones ...."Gimme Shelter"! On a serious note - this is going to be a goodie to follow - I like the idea of the morning after too, chilling out. Hope your build goes to plan, good luck with it and looking forward to seeing the end result too John

longshanks
Oh well, the holiday didn't last long..... Tooooo many reference pics out there The front of the cockpit has a canvas door separating the radio cabin Foscle deck & cockpit decks had to be cut back It had to go, to reveal longitudinals, bulkheads & supports I made life difficult for my self by deciding on the above after fixing the fore deck, too impatient Tip of the day: If you need to shape a bulkhead like this don't try and do it as one piece. Shape one piece, then the second and fix them together as per cardboard template below. Then shape each side in turn and fix to the previous piece. You now have a template to shape the final bulkhead. Thanks for looking in Kev Edited July 29, 2015 by longshanks

O'Neill from Platoon played by John C. McGinley. Bravo 6 does most of the cast from the film.
