Flankerman
Nice to see them back in the UK - pity they couldn't have sent one down to Fairford like they did last time. FWIW, here's my conversion of the Heller Su-27UB into an IAF Su-30MKI - made 7 years ago...... .... and just for Houston, here's another Indian AF Flanker - this time a conversion of the Trumpeter kit(s)..... RichardPrice
Someone really needs to bring out a 1:72 Su-30MKI kit Its one of my favourite aircraft and yet no examples in my collection.
Flankerman
It isn't that difficult to convert - using a Trumpeter Su-30MKK as a basis. The hardest part is the canards ........ .......... and the TVC nozzles...... (these from my Su-35S conversion) My build of the Indian MKI and Malaysian MKM are here. I agree though - it would be nice if Trumpeter completed off their Flanker range with a Su-30MKI/MKM/MKA - especially now that the Russian operate it as the Su-30SM . Happy Flankering!
