sub-builder
My internet has been down for the last 3 weeks so i've had to wait to post pictures of one of the most fun builds i've ever made. This kit is fantastic, the detail is great and the flash minimal. Everything in the kit was quality and I thoroughly enjoyed building it. Painted with humbrol acrylic spray and revell acrylics. Darby
Those bunks look tidy; must be skipper's rounds. Is there an option for a closed up version?
sub-builder
Not sure there might be with the Wilhelm Bauer kit, there was a panel to close off the sail but I like having one side closed and the other open.
whitestar12chris
Darby there where complete hull versions by Revell, U-2540, followed by the Wilhelm Bauer Version, the model above was an open sided version. You can still pick the full hull versions up occasionally. Like the weathering touch. All the best Chris
