nice - is that a OOTB interior? I am about to start on the AFV Club M5A1 (late) and went for the Verlinden interior (for Tamiya kit but should fit)....

what do you think of this at the moment? Any tips for weathering?

I'm old school, so I can only say that I'd apply base colour with enamel, let that dry completely, then wet brush it with various mixes of darker 'base' colour, and 'dirt' colours, (separately and/or blending them together while still wet) let that dry, then dry brush it with lighter ones!!

I saw what was a really great diorama of a Tiger I with a track off...which was spoilt by just one thing.... the tracks were the single rubber band type and the modeler had just snipped through them with a pair of scissors, paying no attention to how the track links would actually fit together in real life, or how they would look when disconnected. Personally, I wouldn't 'shed' a track unless the tracks were made up of separate links.

luckily I've used single links, the kit came with them.

they were a right paint to assemble

sometimes individual tracks are ok (like the Dragon German ones for example) and sometimes they are a right mare (the ones from the Bronco Cruiser i built earlier this year - very very small and very fiddly to join together)

These attach at the pads only, which makes them a nightmare to get straight.
