georgeusa
This build originally was for the Sci-Fi Group Build, but I just couldn’t get it done in time, This is one of a series of IdolM@ster put out by Hasegawa, but released only in their Japanese market. The kit itself is by Revell-Monogram reboxed by Hasegawa is really gaudy plastic colors and extensive decal schemes. For the work in progress go here http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?/topic/234983196-idolmster-f-117a-yukiho-hagaiwara/#entry2033639 . This is a great kit and the decal scheme was engineered quite well. So here is the finished kit. And here it is with the rest of its fellow IdolM@ster stablemates, As always, all comments are welcome.
Knight_Flyer
I did wonder if anyone would paint those schemes. HLJ had a long running sale on the kits and most I think bought them to apply "standard" schemes. I bought the F-4 version for the stash. Nice job in finishing the model and you must have a lot of patience to apply all those decals.
charley420
Nice to see them finished, I like many have these kits in the stash but have been putting them off due to the mega decal sheets. You've done a tremendous job

MikeW
You do good work. I always enjoy viewing. So now, I'm trying to figure the first question I would ask you, if I were to walk into your study in Texas needing a lawyer. Is it A) Are you a Democrat, or Do you have daughters? I really enjoy the "off topic" builds you do. Cheers, Mike

I only have a 30 year old son, but I do have a wonderful favorite (sorta my god-child) who is a wonderfully taxing and delightful 16 year old girl. I'm glad you enjoy my builds. Although I really like WWII aircraft, I do have my sidelines with tiger meet aircraft and the IdolM@ster kits. Thanks for looking.
Mark Turk
Nice work George. That's what I'd call a 'high observable" F-117. Mark
Darby
Absolutely bonkers stuff! Felt like I was in 'Crosstown Traffic' when I saw all of them together
AgentG
Those are great! I had to laugh seeing the F-117 done up like that. A friend was on the development team for the radar absorbent coating used on the final production airplane. He toiled for years to make that bird invisible to radar.
